Who you are dealing with

Toura is operated by Demaski IT Solutions.

Support: support@toura-board.com

A postal address is available on request — email us and we will provide it.

We aim to answer support email within one working day. Toura is a small business, not a 24-hour helpdesk — please do not rely on an instant reply during a live shift.

What the service does

Toura takes a round sheet you supply and produces printable tour boards carrying Code 128 barcodes. It runs in your web browser. There is nothing to install on your computers.

A licence covers one site. If you run more than one depot, each one needs its own licence.

What we do not promise

Paying

Subscriptions are £60 per site per month, or £600 per site per year, in pounds sterling. Prices include any VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

A subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Your card is charged on the same date each period.

Before paying, you can use the free trial. It runs for three days and does not ask for a card.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next payment. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut you off part-way through a paid month.

Refunds

If Toura does not do what this page says it does, email us and we will refund you. If you have been charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example you meant to cancel and forgot — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Because a free trial is offered before any payment, we do not routinely refund a period you have used.

Your data

Round sheets you upload are read inside your own browser. Tour numbers, courier numbers and driver names are not sent to us and are not stored on our servers. If you close the page, that data is gone.

Your print history and settings are saved in your own browser's local storage, on your own machine.

This matters if the names on your round sheet belong to your staff: that personal data stays on your equipment, and you remain its controller.

Privacy

What we hold

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train anything. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support and we will act within one month. Deleting your data ends your subscription, as we would no longer be able to recognise your licence.

We keep records of subscriptions for as long as the subscription runs, and afterwards for as long as tax law requires us to keep business records.

Liability

Toura is a tool that prints paper. It does not move parcels, and it is not a safety system or a system of record.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for business losses — missed cut-offs, delayed rounds, lost contracts or similar — arising from use of, or inability to use, Toura.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, we will email you before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
